I am always desperate to try any product that will help me get a better nights sleep so I was interested to see if this would do the job.It’s an attractively packaged spray containing a body and pillow mist which is 100% vegan and vegetarian and contains a blend of Neroli Blossom, Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Aloe Vera, Orange and Witch Hazel, contents which are not listed on the website. I personally couldn’t detect any lavender, which was a disappointment but someone else might find they can pick it up. It’s a more heady, sweet smell than I would normally choose as I am a lavender ‘addict’.For the last three nights I have sprayed it on my body before going to bed and also sprayed my pillow case but truthfully it hasn’t made any difference to my sleep quality. I applied it at 11pm but it had evaporated by 4am, when I resprayed the pillow case. But I suspect that my sleep pattern is too well ingrained now to benefit and other customers might have a totally different experience.It comes in a pretty box and would make a thoughtful gift for someone with sleep problems, or who just likes a calming body spray at night to help them relax.

The main scents that come through for me are ylang-ylang, neroli, and lavender, which create a calming, soothing aroma.Longevity:The mist spread easily and linger on the body for about 3 hours, leaving a noticeable fragrance.This mist is gentle on my skin and versatile—I use it both as a refreshing body mist and as a pillow spray to help me unwind. It delivers a fine, even spray without irritation. My husband loves the scent as well, which is an added bonus!Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and will continue using it as part of my routine. It's worth it!

I love it. Scent is very calming and soothing. Perfect for relaxing mind and body for a good night sleep. I just spray a little on my pillow as the scent is really strong. Nice packaging and ideal for gifting too.

Product arrived in a nice cardboard packaging, perfect as a gift. Not the best plastic bottle, does not look of a hight quality. easy to use and spray worls well. Scent is very strong, gives me headache straight away even when used just a little. Would not reccommend as a sleeping mist. It is a nice scent though. Since scents are subjective couldnot give less than 4 stars. Scent stays for a long time on the skin and pillows. Overall believe there are much better products forthis price.

I have used these bedtime spray mist before, a lot of them are lavender scented which I know is supposed to aid with relaxation but I've never been a fan a lavender so I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn't just a lavender scented spray but had other scents in there too that reminded me of massage oil or a spa.This mist can be sprayed on to your bedding or you can also spray it on yourself, I first tried it on my bedding and it was a pleasant smell, can't say that it helped me get to sleep any quicker but it was a nice smell to have in a bedroom. The second time I sprayed it on my skin, again left a pleasant scent, didn't have any skin irritations or reactions, and I felt like the scent lingered for longer on my skin than on my bedding.It's a nice scented product, definitely makes your bedroom smell nice, I don't feel like it had any effect on my sleep though, but that may just be me as I do have a hard time switching my brain off which is why I wanted to try this, but unfortunately did nothing for me apart from giving my room a very pleasant scent.As a room air freshener, it's great, sleep aid, not so much.

I use this as a pillow mist at night to help scent the room, and it works wonderfully. The smell is like an expensive spa - spicy, lavender and black pepper? Not quite sure, but it's incredible. It lingers in the air too, which is great.10/10 - I loved it so much, I bought another!

The box and design is gorgeous and the slim purple pink spray bottle just lovely. The fragrance is spicy, earthy and strong. I like it but I don't feel it's a sleep mist. It's a bit strong for that. It is evocative and lovely so I would use it as a body mist and a room mist, much nicer than many that are marketed only for that. The fragrance lingers but doesn't go stale, I can still smell it on my skin 15 hours after use. This would make a beautiful gift. Excited to trial other items in the range.
