Check your state to see which year they’ve adopted.
Should have done my research - I assumed the latest IRC would be the best to have. I didn’t realize that every state adopts the code in effect when they want. Mine isn’t even close to adopting the he 2024 version and may skip it by the time they adopt an updated version. Check your state to see which code year they’ve adopted before buying.
