Physical therapist recommended I buy this type of product. This one was very reasonably priced. It arrived quickly and was well made. I had a really hard time of figuring out how to inflate it. The Velcro straps were oddly placed, in my opinion. But once I figured it all out, it worked fine.

The media could not be loaded. Due to the nature of my job I find myself slouching and staring at laptop for a long time creating neck and upper back pain.This neck stretcher helps me correcting my posture of the neck and takes of so much tension and pressure.It’s easy to use and does not hurt at all. It comes with a little pump so you can inflate or deflate it to your liking. I hope it actually stretches and elongates my neck which can create a positive difference in my look.Overall a good product

Too small for my neck when inflated.

I've been struggling with chronic neck pain for years, and this cervical traction device has been a game-changer. It's really easy to use, and I can feel my neck muscles relaxing after a few minutes. The design is comfortable. It does work as advertised, and I’m seeing improvements in my posture.

I experienced what a few critical reviewers experienced, it did not provide much relieve for the reasons they stated. It did lift but not without being uncomfortable and tight around my neck, and I had to occasionally repump while using as it slowly lost air. I see some other products that are more highly rated for their functionality and will plan to try one in the future. I returned it.
