Good option
I get a better quality of sleep surprisingly and my loved ones have stopped complaining. It does take a few days for your tongue to adjust to the position. You will be sore the first few nights, maybe some dry mouth as well. I recommend rinsing the retainer for 5 to 10 seconds under warm water to help with the daily use.Sometimes I do lose suction and the retainer slips off.I used a Snoring app to measure my snoring and my snore score dropped significantly. I recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to chin straps, mouthpiece or cpaps.

Weird, but No More Snoring
This thing is really weird, but it worked for me on the very first night. The suction pulls your tongue out of your mouth and wa-la, not more snoring. I have slept with a bite guard for awhile, so I was able to fall asleep with it in. I can see how it could take some getting used to, but it works.

It feels like my tongue is getting a hickey
I do not snore when I use this. However, because your tongue gets suctioned into the slot, I wake up with a sore tongue & sore below my tongue. It feels like my tongue is getting a hickey. I don't think I can use this or I'm doing something wrong.

It works!
I have tried one of the devices that hold the lower jaw forward with some success, but it wasn't always comfortable and didn't hold the tongue at all. I was ready to try something different, but so many of these things are so expensive! Then I saw this one at its great price and decided to try. I love it! It is more comfortable and much more effective! Anything like this will take some adjustment, physically and mentally, but I'm sleeping so much better from the first night!

Works great!
I've used this device for about a week and am happy with it. The self-molded one I tried (from a different company) didn't stay in my mouth. This one does and my wife tells me I don't snore--so she sleeps better. I'm happy with it. Feels weird, but why wouldn't it? I think I'll get used to the weirdness. So far, so good!

I bought this device after using the Silent Nite mouth guard for the past year and becoming frustrated with the discomfort and continued need to buy the adjustable slides.

Finally Something That Works
I don't always snore, but my partner (who's a light sleeper) heads to the guest bedroom if my snoring disturbs her. I feel bad about this. Other products haven't helped much.
