I've been looking for a good backpack to replace my old Kroser who's zipper broke and material buldged due to my laptops corners. I wanted a lot of protection for my laptop especially on the corners since it's huge and expensive, but also wanted something stylish. I was looking zip up side pockets, and something that would fit my 19 inch mousepad without crunching it, as well as my mouse, charger, and controller. Before this I was heavily considering the Targus Drifter but felt it looked too bulky and nerdy.After seeing so many negative reviews with the brand Swissgear om quality and ripping I almost overlooked this but noticed it's a different Swiss company. So happy I got it because it's a major upgrade. Instead of having to open 3 different compartments to get all my gear I only need to open one big one, and the zipper lock is practical for not advertising the expensive items inside, though let's be honest if anyone wants to steal your stuff they will just take the backpack LOL. Anyways this has the most protection I have seen for a laptop. Thick padding without making the backpack uncomfortable to wear. To be honest I mainly handle my backpack with the top grip or one shoulder as it mainly only goes from home to car to work and back, but it's still comfortable while others I've tried in person and empty at staples like the Swissgear Scansmart 1900 were not. I also got a chance to look at the Targus in person think this is a better value.Overall this backpack neatly fits and protects everything for my use case which is mainly gaming gear and work. My only complaints ate while its designed in Switzerland its made in China, but then again what isint, still the material feels more premium than Swissgear. I will also say if you only have your laptop in the bag it will become unlevel and fall over but the charger should level it out. Finally I wasn't a fan of how it was packaged. They used a small box and thr backpack comes folded which did leave a crease on the front I'm hoping will fade with time.Overall very happy with my purchase and will update my review if long term quality fails but I think this is a good product! I rarely find things I'm willing to give a positive review to and feel quality should be rewarded with praise.

I have had this backpack for about 2 and a half years now. Not only does it look as new as when I purchased it, but it is just as sturdy as well. Love the look and lasts, just what I need for work. Carries my tools and parts as well as laptop and other gear great!
