Terrys Choc Ball Milk Orange

What can you write about high quality chocolate goodness with a hint of pure orange in a wrapper that you need to joyfully bang on a table before you eat it? I can say this: I have given these out at Christmas for many years now and people ask pre-Christmas if I'm getting them again this year. The "oranges" are now a huge tradition within our family, and they are adored and anticipated by all. The issue is to buy this brand which, in quantity can be very hard to find in the US for some unknown reason. Sure, there are knock off brands, but you'll be sacked with low quality wax-like chocolate and fake-y orange taste. No, go ahead and buy these even from an international seller. They take maybe 10 days longer to get, but you get the real thing of legend. Two cases will probably work for me this season, and after Christmas Eve dinner the joyful sound cracking of these beauties open makes for a fun and truly enjoyed activity for all.

My mom turned me on to these and I wish I had never tried them. The chocolate is separated into sections like an orange and the chocolate is creamy and wonderful.

These are manufactured and distributed by Kraft in the USA and are usually available in stores around Thanksgiving. The chocolate and orange flavors combine amazingly well. In fact, now and then I have also found chocolate and orange fudge, which is also wonderful. In recent years I have found these items most reliably in Rite Aid pharmacy stores, often priced at two for $5 during the first week. Note that the stores tell me they usually only get two shelf cartons of one dozen (total of 24). When these sell out they are not restocked. Have also occasionally found these at Target stores. Other flavors are dark chocolate, vanilla, and raspberry (also an excellent combination). This year both of the Rite Aids near my residence had them on the shelves December 3 and both stores were all sold out by Monday evening (with only a few dark chocolate ones remaining).
