These little spiral wraps do work well to prevent kinking of both the oxygen hose on my home oxygen concentrator and the cannula on my portable concentrator. When I first got them, the coils were extremely tiny and I really didn't think they would be big enough to wrap around the hoses. I was pleasantly surprised that they did stretch quite a bit and I was able to wrap my green Salter 25" hose, the purple 50" hose I ordered from Amazon and my Salter cannula.I rated these at 4 stars for a couple of reasons. First, there are no instructions. You must pull and stretch the cord, start wrapping and then slide the coils closer together after you have wrapped several times. The biggest reason for 4 stars is that they can be a little difficult to get them started if you have larger fingers, arthritis or difficulty with fine motor skills. I don't know if they can be used more than once, but I will find out when it's time to replace my tubing.I do like these as they work well and are an inexpensive solution to the problem of curling and kinking I will reorder when needed.

BuyUp was way too small in diameter to wrap around tubing.

These little things need to be stretched out before you attempt to put them on the tubing. I started about 1/2" from the end, got one coil wrapped around and then did a lot of pulling then twisting for each coil. They stay nicely in place when done.

These oxygen cord straighteners did not fit around my green oxygen tubing. I used this product to strengthen my daughters phone charging cord ends it fit around that much thinner cord better than it did around my oxygen tubing on my machine.

Kind of works, but it's super small, at least for what I need it for. Could be a pain to use depending on the person as well. Accounting for potential user error here, I think 4 stars is fair, but personally it would hover somewhere between a 3 and 4.
