These collars are solid. Just locking them on my Olympic bar gives me a feeling of confidence that nothing is going to move until I move it. I am able to use these one-handed for squat, overhead press and bench. I am not able to use these one handed with dead lift unless the bar is resting on the jack. Without the weight of the plates against the bar, the bar will spin when you lock the collar. I missed a PR earlier this week (a failed benchpress) and I am 100% blaming the weight of these collars (lol because my ego is too fragile to think it had anything to do with me 😆 ). If I had hit that lift, I would absolutely be adding the 1.42 pounds on the total. The magnet works well on all of the metal racks in my gym. I treat them like they are made out of glass by storing them in a small vinyl pouch while they are transported in my gym bag. I hope to keep them looking new for a long time

This product is one of those surprising, nice gifts you can make or receive, and be sure they will be liked.I love quality things, and this is such a thing, paint, material, weight, just top class.On top of this, it is very practical too.I have the other kind of clamps which is nice but requires clamping and unclamping every weight change.With this one, this rotation to tighten and untighten is easy, and smooth. Maybe this saves just a fraction of second, but when you barely breath, this is nice to have.

These are my new go-to collars over springs and Rogue USA Aluminum as they are easier to use, even if just by a split second. Only issue is the magnetic feature is not strong enough and they slide down my Titan rack. I can slap them on my rack where there is a bolt so I don’t have to move them out of the way to get my change plates, which is nice, but it would be nicer to be able to slap them anywhere on the rack.

Fast and easy to use. Cool mechanism. May not be tight enough for spirited dead lifts. I like the embedded magnets.

Very eazy to use inbetween changing weight. They are never lost or misplaced due to the magnetic backing.

The design is a good idea but they’re magnetic which means they stick to the plates

I purchased 5 sets of these, one set at a time, directly from Titan and not Amazon. Love the scratch and dent items. They are usually 10-20% off. I use them on my bars for bench press, squat, tricep bar, and curls. These still take two hands, one to hold the plates (especially metal plates) and one to rotate the collar clockwise to lock and counterclockwise to unlock and remove. The magnets hold the collars on your rack when you are changing the weight plates. I also purchased the cheaper plastic version of these to hold the weights on my lever arms and lat pulldown weight horns.
