Perfect for snacks, picnics, salads…and travel snacks
I love this product from Poshi! I bought it to be an airplane snack on a long flight I was taking; embarrassed to admit that I ate it all days before the trip. These are high fiber veggies, lightly dressed with oil and vinegar and a few herbs. No liquid, so perfect as an “instant” cold side dish or salad topping. Excellent choice for a small picnic. Cut them up and stir into potato or pasta salad. Or just eat them right out of the bag, as I did!The package says “no liquid” on it, so it should sail through TSA at the airport. I’ll just have to wait for my next flight to try that.

Good easy addition to an impromptu salad or pasta dish
These are expensive but I find them to be a tasty addition to an impromptu salad or pasta dish. Sometimes I need to be able to throw a meal together quickly. I’m disabled and some days even 10-15 minutes making a meal is too much. When that happens I use already cooked snd quick meals such as precooked rice. Having these packets to add to rice or pasta to make a quick salad with some additional olive oil, mayonnaise or vinegar and some spices makes a great quick meal. I’ve used the beans and artichoke hearts so far. The beans are a bit mushy but taste pretty good. In the future I’d prefer pickled green beans as they are more crisp. If fridge space is a consideration these are particularly helpful as they are shelf stable and the order I just received in August 2024 is good for a year. I recommend these as long as you realize the portion size is small and the price is pretty high. For reference, I used two packets for one serving of rice.

Not what I was expecting.
I wasn't very pleased with the taste, amount per pkg or the texture of these vegetables. It is probably my expectations were way off. But, I won't be buying these again. The pickling taste was too sharp with vinegar. I will not be buying again.

Low Quality
These include the woody ends of the asparagus stalks which totally ruin the entire bag. No one wants to eat those. They would be better off doing some quality control because the woody ends make these not worth buying, certainly not worth the price for the tiny pouch.

Great Taste, Healthy Snack (In My Opionion)
The items taste great, have few calories, and make a great healthy snack in my opinion. I like the variety, but you can order these items individually (when in stock) if you find one or a few that you specifically prefer. POSHI also sells variety packs of marinated olives also and they're delicious.
