Keurig who????Like a lot of folks, that is the brand I started out with. Three or four K machines later, I started thinking that maybe, just maybe, I ought to give another brand a try.I am REALLY glad I did!This little machine sits cozily on our countertop, just waiting to brew.(Literally little, which is a GOOD THING! I included a picture of the old and this new machine side by side)I was impressed that not only does it brew HOT, but it handles COLD brew as well. I'm not exactly sure what the difference is because on the COLD brew setting, the coffee or beverage is still coming out hot. But maybe not as hot and I think it takes a bit longer to brew, maybe? What I can say, it that every cup we've done since getting this little machine has been excellent.I love the design and construction. It is very straightforward to use, easy to figure out which button to push, etc.I feel it is a lot easier to use, fill and clean as compared to a K machine.I am 100% happy!No K withdrawals here!

Overall, it makes a good cup of coffee. I like that it has an extra large coffee strainer. This is one of the main reasons why I purchased it. It also has a boldness button which can be set to standard or stronger. I also like that I can select a cup size.I don't really care about the over ice button. I didn't purchase it for that. I purchased it for all the other reasons stated above. Needless to say, but I haven't tried that option.I read reviews where the drip tray is made from plastic and the reflective chrome colored coating peals off. Well, they must have made an upgrade to it because it is now 2 piece, and the top is made from some sort of coated stamped steel. Refer to picture number 2 in the ones I uploaded with this review.Like other reviewers said, its size is off. It overfills by 2oz. That goes for any size you select. This isn't an issue for me because I just select a size 2oz smaller than I actually want. I didn't take any stars away for this because it is consistently off. If its fill amount fluctuated with every cup, I would have returned it. It consistently overfills by an extra 2oz. It's off, but it's consistently off.If you remove the drip tray it will fit up to a 6.5" tall tumbler. It fits my Daily Wire Leftist Tears Tumbler.Only time will tell how long it lasts. I'll update if it dies after a few months.

Update:I bought this coffee maker last month and have used it every day, multiple times a day. I have used K cup pods successfully. (great value brand) I cannot testify about premium brands that usually are only usable in a Keurig machine. I have used ground coffee and tea leaves in the reusable basket. The tea has been both hot and iced. It has not failed me yet and it produces excellent tasting coffee and tea. I am particular.Getting to know your machine is trail and error no matter what brand it is. I have a Ninja sitting right beside it for when I choose to make a whole pot of coffee. It has only been used once or twice since I bought this one. I am updating the stars to 5 as I believe it is well worth it.================================Previously:Okay, I just got this coffee maker. Testing it out with water running through into a measuring cup comes out pretty close to accurate. It is only slightly above as the grounds would absorb some of the water.First cup of coffee is good. I also tested water over ice. The machine brews a bit slower as it should.The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because it actually brews out either 6 or 8 ounces of water. For iceed beverage, it should be half the amount programed.The problem would be an overflow if your cup is too small. I suggest to test with a 16 ounce measuring cup like I did so you know what to expect in your cup or mug. Otherwise, great little machine at an economical cost. I also made a 12 ounce cup of delicious iced tea by placing the tea in the grounds holder, using 6 to 7 ounces of ice, the brewing over ice at the 6 cup setting.Will report back later as to durability.

Know this right away, this coffee maker is very small. Compact for sure. So far it works great. The temperature of the coffee is nice and hot. The only thing I wish was different is that it would accommodate wider coffee mugs. My husband's favorite mug doesn't go all the way back but it still catches the coffee being brewed. Taller, narrower coffee mugs are perfect for this coffee maker. It's attractive, quick in heating up and making coffee, and can definitely fit in a very small space. The reservoir is in the back but it's easy to lift straight up and out and refill and placed back into its slot. No big bells and whistles on this coffee maker. No clock, no on/off timer, nothing fancy. But it's very attractive. And it's simple and straightforward. I like the " bold" option. It does not only the K-Cups but you can also fill the provided capsule insert with fresh coffee grounds and make your own K-Cups!

Wow, I am so impressed with this coffee maker. I will never get a Keurig again! Makes the coffee very fast and comes out hot! Easy to use. Is not an eye sore on the counter. Coffee taste amazing. Just get it!

This machine is smaller than the Keurig that it replaced, but that is actually an advantage because of space saving. It works fine. I like the design and the cost. It even includes a little cup and a measure for ground coffee. I just hope it last as long as the machine it replaced. I hope it's long enough I forget to let you know.
