Works like a charm! Always have problems with constipation despite high fiber diet and increased water intake. Recently used two tablets from a popular brand name and had absolutely no result. Got home and took one colon cleanser and as usual, great results. Now, stomach is flat…ish again. Two capsule will totally empty your colon. Introduced my sister to this and she too likes the results she gets. Buying my second bottle now.

This product works wonders! It says take 2 but I only needed 1. My only complaint is that when on my cycle, my cramps were a little worse then usual but other than that it was good.
