Besides the fact that these parts a poorly constructed and made, the instructions are vague but not impossible to figure out. I only bought this because the one I bought some years ago was not available. Well, low and behold, I put it together only to not be able to fit under it! If I had a small child they wouldn't fit under it. The pole is entirely too short and I have it raised at the highest height without it coming out of the base! I'm only 5'6 and still was too tall to fit under it with my bar stool at the lowest level. Anything shorter would be a foot stool and I'd probably be too low to the ground at that point. I reached out to customer service and I am waiting to hear back. Upset with myself because I ordered this in Oct 2024 and just took it out the box today. So I'm beyond blown. $130 blown. Oh, and how about the hood is not adjustable either? You can't lift or raise the hood, just duck under it. Please save your money. I coukd have bought a table top if I knew this would be the result. Too many scammer companies out here.

This puts off a lot of steam!! I am very happy with my steamer purchase. I love how my hair feels after a steam condition and now I can do it myself at home. I have not used the face steamer, yet but I did test that it works fine. It was not difficult to put together, however I struggle to get the water reservoir aligned in order to take it off/on for refilling. The steamer it not noisy, the caster wheel roll smoothly and the height is slightly adjustable.

This really doesn't do much. It's nice to be able to dampen your face before applying hyaluronic acid, but you can also do that with a washcloth. lol This is not a regular tool for my skin care.

Received my steamer on time. Put it together just to discover a crack in the hood. The facial steamer works great. I wonder can I get a hood replacement?Update: I have since been emailed by the seller and was informed that they will send me a new hood replacement. This was on February 12th, today is March 2nd. I will wait and see if I get the hood replacement. Stay tuned….

This mini facial mister is super worth it. I was interested in using it for professional use but find it is much better for at home use. The battery lasts a good amount of time. Overall, this is worth the price value.

This is a nice handheld mister! It’s easy to use and even though it’s so small it holds enough water to last for quite a while! The only complaint I have is that it’s a cool mist. I’ve even tried putting hot water in the reservoir and it still comes out cold.
