Very surprised by the quality and ease of putting these together. The chairs and couch are rather heavy (I’m hoping that means they will be durable) and they look great. I was missing a piece, but the company shipped it immediately. Very impressed.

Any set of instructions for assembly were not included. I tried putting together the ottoman and the threaded inserts kept failing so I stopped as I was only digging myself into a deeper hole trying to get this sorted out. I now have 50 pieces laying around, parts that won't go together due to the threaded parts being faulty, and now I have to figure out what to do to get all this mess back to the seller.

I ordered this set at a very good price ! was afraid it would seem cheap but it’s absolutely beautiful!!! Contacted seller and took care of what I needed in a timely and very friendly manner. I’m very happy with this beautiful outdoor set and customer service is amazing!

It came quick and was easy to put together. Sturdy frame and decent quality cushions. Very comfy and looks great.

I’m really happy with my purchase of this Patio Furniture Set. For the price, this set offers great value—it’s stylish, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my backyard. The brown and navy color combination looks fantastic and adds a modern touch to my outdoor space.The assembly did take a bit of time (around 2-3 hours), but it was straightforward, and everything fit together well. It was a little annoying that the 3 boxes arrived on different days, but thankfully, all the pieces were there and in good condition.The set includes a 3-seat couch, 2 single chairs, and 2 ottomans, which provide plenty of seating for guests. The cushions are comfortable and supportive, and the rattan material feels durable and high-quality.Overall, I’m very pleased with this set—it looks great, offers plenty of seating, and the price is unbeatable for the quality.

The media could not be loaded. I am literally in shock at the quality of this furniture for the price. I’m so glad I went with this option instead of the other more expensive ones. I am a single girl and I live alone and yes, I will say the assembly is a bit difficult at times, but I do feel it was worth it in the end. My recommendation: Get a 5/34 inch hex key drill bit and save yourself a lot of time (and wrist pain ) on the install

It was listed at $149 with a $100 delivery fee, and the total charge was $267.05 with tax. I ordered it on September 17th and it arrived in 3 large boxes on September 20th. All the boxes came at the same time for me, I see in other reviews they came spaced a part for some people. It looks great on my patio, the available sitting space is nice, the backrests are comfortable, the cushions are OK(could be comfier, but not uncomfortable).The assembly was absolutely god awful, though. The screws/bolts, washers, and nuts came in 3 plastic bags taped to a piece of cardboard. The bags were not labeled, and the bags were a mixture of all three items, not screws in one bag and washers in another, etc. I'm not sure how they decided to separate these bags, because there are five furniture pieces(two chairs, two ottomans, one sofa), it really didn't make sense. I also had an inconsistent number of bolts left over at the end of assembly, not every bolt was used but not the same amount of them were left over to indicate a thoughtful number of extras. There were tons of washers left over, and four nuts. I swear I put together every connection point/there was no hole sitting idle at the end of it, but those random extras were there nonetheless. 3 of the H size screws stripped during installation(2 for one of the ottomans, and 1 for the sofa), and there were no extra H screws so I just left the stripped screws in place even though they weren't tightened all the way yet, and I hope the furniture holds together.And my goodness, the actual instruction booklet was worthless. The ottoman and chair instructions were *all right*, they weren't terrible but there were a few pieces mislabeled in the images. The sofa was completely inaccurate. In the page where it listed the parts needed for the sofa, it specified we needed 5 of the M size bolts, but nowhere in the directions did it call for a single M size bolt to be used. I had to cross reference with the chair instructions to guesstimate which bolts should be used where, and used four of the M size bolts to connect the two pieces of the couch together in the middle. There was 1 M size bolt left over, and I have no idea where it was meant to go, or if it's just an extra. There was no connection point for the backrests to join together, that's the only place I could think that would need that extra bolt, but the backs are a folded piece of wicker, so you can't get to the inside of it if that's where the hole was. Who knows.Overall opinion: I could not, in good conscience, recommend this purchase to someone I know. I would be embarrassed if they bought it and had all the same problems with assembly that I did. But since I bought it for myself, and I was on a tight budget for getting patio furniture, and the end product is very nice looking and comfortable, I do not regret the purchase. If you're looking to pick some furniture up for cheap, and you're willing to tear your hair out during assembly to make up for the price difference, this is definitely the set for you.
