I’m pretty sure this was a return. The cord was wrapped around it and it wasn’t in a package just thrown in a plastic bad.I do love this brand. This is my first time having long barrel baby bliss and this is a great product. Also I’m keeping it because it’s not like hair salons don’t use the same tools on people.Mostly I’m irritated.
