Changed my life. I can sleep again! - SUPER comfortable and SUPER noise blocking!
These are the best foam plugs I could find. For my small ears they are perfect, and there's also a larger version.SIZE AND COMFORT:- I have tried many others that claim to be small but these are the only foam ear plugs small enough to be comfortable for me. No discomfort after many weeks using them every night, and sometimes in the day too, because it's so comfortable I enjoy not hearing my loud neighbour in the daytime as well.- These are one of the softest I have found, so this very soft material and very small size makes these amazing for me.- No reaction on my skin from the material these are made from.- It takes me a few minutes in the morning to even think about removing them, as I mostly don't even notice them.- You can also adjust the pressure by pulling them out a tiny bit, which doesn't seem to reduce the noise performance unless I pull them so much that they are almost falling out.- These have never come out on their own. Obviously gotta know how to use them, roll gently with fingers, then insert, super easy.NOISE:- The old guy living above me is makes lots of noise until 4am (TV, music, banging on thin floor, etc.) and asking him to be quiet is useless.- These have a 35db noise reduction, that is twice as much reduction as the Hearos ultimate softness, which are only 32db. (The decibel scale is not linear. In layman's terms it's "not in a straight line", so 32 to 35 is actually double.) The most I could find were made for construction work at 37db, which is even more, but all the ones I have tried made for construction were much larger and not at all soft, so unusable for me.- The difference is amazing with these. Incredibly quiet and comfortable for a long time. I'm sleeping like a baby.PRICE:- Right now £3.20 for 20 pairs, so 16 pence a pair. They last me 2-3 nights without getting gross or oily, but even for 1-per-night this is very affordable in my opinion. I don't need to overthink swapping for a fresh pair.- I love these so much that I now buy 60 pairs at a time, so for £10 I have quiet and sleep for a minimum of 2 months, but really It's more like 4-6 months as I use them for 2-3 nights per pair.CONVENIENCE:- I love that each pair is sealed in a plastic packet, makes these perfect for travel or taking with you in a pocket or bag, and surprisingly they are nearly impossible to burst.- They are only 1.3g per packet, so when I travel I can take loads with me. The packets are not oversized, so I can easily fit about 20 into a tiny zip-lock plastic bag the size of a passport. I'm sure most people don't care about that but I definitely do, as I sometimes travel super lightweight with only a tiny backpack, which has some big advantages over carrying a normal bag or many bags.AWESOME TIPS!- Keep a pair at arms reach from the bed, just in case you get in bed before remembering to put ear plugs in.- Pull out slightly to reduce pressure even more!- Pull out almost all the way to allow you to hear a bit more, for example if I want to hear a movie without hearing my neighbour's banging and TV I can do that, and then just turn up the volume on the movie a bit.- If these are not enough, try adding isolated headphones on top of these. I couldn't sleep in bed with headphones but during the day or during flights/trains it's a really nice addition. For extreme noise reduction there are headphones made for drummers or construction workers, but they might not be super comfortable. By far the best ones I have found are the Sony XB950BT (BT is the wireless version) which are amazingly comfortable and super noise isolating, and of course you can turn them on with music or a podcast, which helps even more to remove annoying noises.- If noise still gets through when you're sleeping, try adding some "white noise". Examples: Nature sounds, music, podcasts (Stuff To Blow Your Mind is one I like), documentaries about nature or space/science, TV shows without much action, etc. You could do this just from your phone, or you can get some flat headphones intended for sleeping, or even a pillow with built-in speakers.MY PROBLEM WITH OTHER EAR PLUGS:I have bought many other brands separately as well as a variety trial packs. Some leave my ears feeling super uncomfortable in the morning and very often the whole day afterwards, and many others I can't even wear for a minute due to the large size that becomes very painful for me. A few even caused painful spots in my ears that last for a few days, probably due to being made from harsh chemicals or maybe an allergy to one of the materials.Hearos ultimate softness were not the worst but no way near as good as these.CONCLUSION:- Don't hesitate trying these, they are awesome!- If you're not sure, you can get a variety pack with these included, that's how I found these. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ear-Plug-Variety-Trial-Pack/dp/B00B1STC2C There was one other fairly decent small one in this pack, although I don't remember the name. It was very soft but larger than these and I think the noise rating was lower too. My pack was missing the "Spark Plugs" version so I'm not sure how those are.

Give me the best nights sleep
Fits perfectly in my ears, others fall out or stick out in a way that makes them ineffective. These work really well and provide me with a great nights sleep. They don't fall out at all through the night. They completely remove all noise apart from loud banging and very very close speech and even then these sounds are highly muted. Just make sure you insert them properly. These are exactly the same as some other small earplugs out there with the same visual design, only a far cheaper price. Absolute value for money with these.I would give 4 and a half stars if I could - its not quite 5 as sometimes there are some duds in the pack that don't compress/roll up like the others making them less effective and I have to throw these ones away - but this doesn't happen often and for the price I would still definitely recommend these over others.

Effective and very comfortable
These earplugs are very easy to wear and are effective in blocking out noise to aid sleeping and relaxation. They stay in place but you have to follow the guidance for insertion. It is not complicated but ensures a good fit.

they don't hurt my ears and I can sleep better now !
bought these as my housemates make a lot of noise at night, and my heating also wakes me up when it comes on. They fit nicely into my ears and I can get better sleep now!

Cheap and cheerfull
These are a great buy, good value for money. They do not cancell all noise, but mute sounds well, allowing me to sleep more restfully. They work great on megabus overnighters when you have annoying passengers watching things aloud or chatting loudly on their phones. They work brilliantly for loud snoring partners. They are handy if you have to stay in a hotel where people are partying but you have to be up early. They can 'work' their way out overnight though, when you move about. You can still hear your alarm too.

Perfect for my little ears!
Don't normally leave reviews, but these earplugs are excellent. I use earplugs every night because I'm a *very* light sleeper. I also have very small ear canals, so normal earplugs are quite painful and tend to "crawl" out of my ears in the night, even if I trim them. I've been using silicone earplugs for a while, but they're quite expensive (usually over £5 for 3 pairs) and they can break up in your ear if you use the same pair too many times (dangerous!). Also, they tend to slip out in the night too. These Moldex foam ones are fantastic though. They're small and soft - once they were in, I couldn't feel them, which made me think they wouldn't work. They DO work very well for ambient noise (traffic, neighbours etc) though. I'm not sure how they'd work against a snoring partner (since mine doesn't), but they'd definitely be worth a try. They block the noise and don't come out during the night. They were also excellent value - 20 pairs for £3.49, so you can change them more often. I will definitely be buying them again.
