Thought I’d try these after all the hype on various internet platforms.The taste is pretty good and easy to chew but unfortunately for me I tried them for five days and my insides turned to water if you get my meaning.Stopped taking them and 24 hrs later everything is back to normal so obviously didn’t agree with me.Unable to provide any kind of feedback regarding supposed benefits.

I was concerned as I have tried a lot of these different natural boosts products .but I could genuinely feel more alert and and the taste was fantastic iam sure towards the end of the day before I was lagging but I seemed to have more energy .It took a few weeks for me to actually feel the difference but I will be continuing to take very good value product

Interestingly this is the 2nd gummy in recent times that combines both ashwa and shilajit yet unlike the other which had a vague name this quite simply tells you whats it on the label which I respect with the main 2 being in bigger font. From a glance seems to be a alright dosage of what is in there, enough to potentially have the effects listed like a reduction in stress and better sleep so that's good though I note for the price for a month supply it is certainly on the expensive side even for gummies so you better like the flavour. Said flavour being good though some people may find it a little too subtle, its to be expected from strawberry flavoured things though. Could be worth trying if you do like that and you have the budget for them.
