Shrinks up a lot.
The fabric is thin but usable and is cotton, not polyester. If you plan to use this for quilting, starch it first and then cut it. From experience, it shrinks more than quilting cotton, and starching it shrinks it up a good bit, over an inch per strip. Plusses are the color is nice, it is indeed cotton, and it sews easily.
