The iron had long hairs stuck in and wound around the barrel. I have a 1/2 inch version and it is the only iron I’ve ever had that makes my hair hold curl so I wanted a larger one too. I was just grossed out and disappointed that no one opened the box of this returned item to even check if the product was inside , before sending it to me.

love it so much, heat levels are great! i curl it with this and then put my hair in rollers and i love the blowout look! 10/10 would repurchase:) it automatically shuts off after a certain time and i forgot about that because one time i was takjng too long and it shut off without me knowing and i thought it broke! but i just had to turn it back on;)
