This brush is such a step up personally for us from our previous oral B electric toothbrush. It's very powerful and on first use it did cause a little bleeding but that was it doing it's job, cleaning out the plaque. After that, none. It came with 2 toothbrush heads, one regular and one sensitive. So we ordered more heads. Charges well and lasts a few days, although we do brush for more than 2 minutes every time. There are 2 speed settings too, the slower one ideal for use with the sensitive toothbrush. If you use this, I'd suggest using oral b toothpaste with it. We were using colgate and when the toothpaste foam got in contact with the toothbrush head holder (not sure what the technical word is but the metal bar that you slide the head on), it causes black liquid drops. Some users may have complained about it in their review. But with the oral b toothpaste, I find that it doesn't happen. So please bear that in mind. Use this, floss and mouthwash and it will feel like you've been to a hygienist. Really good buy and I'll recommend it.

Good value. Genuine replace heads.. Last a long time

Compared to Oral-B Precision Clean toothbrush head I used previously I do feel that my teeth are cleaner after I clean them using this Cross Action head. I would still recommend flossing and using an interdental brush for rear teeth as this toothbrush cannot reach those areas. But what it does reach it cleans very effectively, especially so if you use toothpaste with small pearls which tend to be found in whitening toothpaste. Sadly it does not remove plaque, for that, you need to use faster-vibrating toothbrushes such as Philips Sonicare, or better yet visit the dental hygienist once a year.Overall, this is an effective toothbrush that leaves your teeth feeling clean, however, the heads do create plastic waste and are not eco-friendly it would be interesting if they could design more eco-friendly heads as then I would not mind using the electric toothbrush as much.

Always find oral b heads very effective and reliable.Good value for money. Found these clean the teeth well but I prefer the floss action ones, so will stick to those in the future.

My favourite oral b brush replacement heads. A pack of 5 can last up to a year. The brush heads are very durable and last long. They’re not too hard or too soft. I highly recommend buying the oral b ones instead of a knock off one. The price may seem high but it is worth it for the quality.

Ideal replacement head for my Braun Oral-B Pro 600The head simply pushes on, it can only go on one way so you cant get it wrong. The head oscillates and rotates as promised (as long as your handle supports those functions)They have a good wear rate for an electric brush head. However, the heads do not last as long as a traditional toothbrush, but this is to be expected - There are half the bristles and they do two or three times the work.The head is softly rounded so you don't catch or scrape your cheeks. The heads also come with different coloured collars so members of the family know which brush is theirs when sharing the handle.The angled bristles do a good job of getting between the teeth and I find that flossing produces less debris now I have switched to this head.

Five replacement heads for a low price - these are brand replacements so as expected, they are easy to swap out and work perfectly with the Oral B pro toothbrush.Took seconds to change the head.Toothbrushes, heads should be changed at least every two months so this purchase potentially provides 10 months worth of good dental hygiene.

I have use oval cross-action brush heads before, but the round ones are much better from the point of view of brushing angle. I'm on my second Oral B toothbrush (the first one lasted for over 10 years!) and am a very satisfied customer. I think I have about 6 other Braun products in the house. They last forever, do a great job and you can even buy spare parts for them. A great company.
