My wife and I discovered the NAD+ supplement a few months back. I had bought the 'men's' version and she tried it along with me. We both noticed an improvement with energy and (oddly) hair growth. I had to shave more frequently. Well we found this one for women, and she already loves it. I'm not much of a fan of supplements - but this seems to be actually doing something. I definitely feel clearer and more energized when I take this. I gave it a few months to be sure and yes it works. I am perimenopausal and I have noticed a lessening of some the symptoms. It’s easier for me to focus and I’ve had better quality sleep!

Saw this on a Tik Tok and decided to give it a try as I’m at the prime age of perimenopause and figured I’d get a jump on things. I can tell a difference in my energy levels when I take this vs when I don’t. This is my third order and other than the first order, I’ve ordered multipacks of this.

It took me a while to write this review. I bought this product in December of 2024, and it is currently the last day of May 2025. I started with this liposomal NAD+ when I bought it, and had to abruptly stop it as I was taking other supplements in combination, and it caused some things to be out of harmony within my body. Then I stopped all other supplements and took this liposomal NAD+ isolated. I experienced better sleep. However, I think you need to take this for a while. We all have bio-individuality, but this is worth trying for someone with pre-during-post menstrual dysphoria syndrome. I would give it 5 stars if I had a longer experience with this liposomal NAD+.
