Latex bands
I love how they have the different types of band strength from light, medium to heavy. I use them to warm up my foot before I put it in my walking boot or take it out of my walking boot,due to breaking my foot. It helps give me flexibility in my foot and after wearing my boot, it’s nice to do exercises that my physical therapist recommends that illuminates the throbbing pain I feel after being in the boot for too long. After my foot is finally healed; I will still continue to use this product because it helps with warming up my foot muscles and increasing their mobility and flexibility as well as strengthening the areas of my foot and ankle.The price point is welcoming to my wallet; it’s a great product and I highly recommend it.

PT bands holding up well to use.
So far these work really well. I'm only using the easy and medium for the time being and will work up to the harder one. Been a week of everyday use and they are holding their stretch and working well for me for PT.
