Bought this office chair recently and I’m quite happy with it. The build quality feels solid, the cushioning is comfortable even after long hours of sitting, and the back support is really good. Assembly was simple and all tools were provided. It looks sleek and fits perfectly in my workspace. The wheels are smooth, and the height adjustment works well. I got a defective chair whose right armrest couldnt be adjusted so i returned the chair. Thanks amazonAfter that i bought da urban chair which is almost the same as this one. Just buy whichever u get the cheapest.Chair is good fir people who want a chair for moderate usage like for 4-5 hours per day. More than that it might be uncomfortable as its lumbar and neck support is a joke and armrest is plastic so hurts your elbow. The main feature of this chair is looks and height adjustment and u can buy if u get it for 5-5.5k not more Oh and astride customer care is a bit slow and lazy so i just returned my productEase of assembly:Very easy. It has been 4 mounths. Apart from the quality and affordability of this product. I'm quite surprised on after sale service support. At the time of delivery, the liver system was borken. I connected to the service support, they dispached new parts at the same day of complaint. Last mothth i faced the shaking issue in hydrolic system. Again the service was amazing. Even I didn't know waht was the problem. Just i explained what problem I faced. The service team troublshooted the problem and sent the new hydrolic system with 2 days of complaint. Base durability is super good. Arm rest are litle bit shakey, but toleratable. 4 mounth of use I don't feel any discomfort while using.

The chair was gud to use for our computer or laptop table work, nice feeling while rolling the chair but the seat adjustment up and down tool could have been better very old style could use new style tools and at the top head it's really not that much useful the adjustment must be corrected where we can lie our full neck comfortably and sturdiness quality should be increased.. overall gud but need concentration on head and seat adjustment tools and parts

Colour Fade in parts (green colour portion)Quality wise satisfied, back support is not well (just showcase piece). There is no physical damage. Comfortable sitting. Not that much worth money, but its an ok ok product. Assembling was really easy and quick. Size of the product is perfect for me. Hight adjustment is also good for the base and hand rest. Chair is easyly movable to anywhere.
