Great quality fabric.
I ordered this fabric to make a pair of white denim trousers for spring 2025. This fabric is perfect for my project. It is a true bright white, light to medium weight, not at all transparent. Before sewing I washed the fabric in hot water and machined dried at normal temperature. There was minimal shrinkage and only a slight amount of wrinkles. I highly recommend.

Good quality fabric
Exactly what I needed to make new summer shorts/culottes. The shorts I made 12 years ago are worn out. So glad to have fabric to make new ones.

Good fabric to hide interior stitches but not great for creating new things
I know that this is fabric but with it being denim fabric, I was expecting something thicker. This was pretty thin, almost like cotton fabric that looks denim.I used it to seal edges of jeans I hemmed and it worked well. The black color is lighter than the usual black denim jeans color. It works great to fix or hide stitches, but I wouldn't use this fabric to create something new.

Makes far better patches than what I was using before
Stretch denim can only be patched up with more stretch denim. I recently learned that lesson the hard way. I have a pair of jeans that are unique and I'm not quite ready to throw them out. They need a patch or two and then they are fine, but I was using a non-stretch material for the patches and that just does not work very well when the jeans themselves have stretch and flexibility. When the material of the article of clothing has some give, then the patches must have about the same amount. Otherwise the stretch of the clothing item will pull the threads right through the patch and leave a part of the patch hanging loose. If you have stretchy jeans, then material like this is what you need for patches.

The perfect denim for a fabulous tablecloth
I bought this fabric to make a couple of tablecloths for an event I was putting on. I was a bit hesitant at first because it seemed more lightweight than I was hoping, but, especially after washing the tablecloths I made a couple of times, I am a BIG FAN.The fabric is soft and sturdy. The color is happily consistent. It sews up really well (and I am clearly not much of a seamstress). Buy this, you will thank me!
