Great for volume eating
I love using these to bulk up my favorite stir fry recipe of shrimp and veggies! The texture is like glass noodles and not too chewy. Great for adding a lot of food for virtually no calories.

Healthy and delicious
I love Soeos konjak root noodles. They are ultra low carb (2.6g per serving for the spaghetti), gluten free and only 12 calories. The traditional wheat semolina pasta in my cupboard says 210 calories per serving and 41 g carbohydrate. My friend who is pre-diabetic says the konjac noodles have changed her life. I have also used heart of palm pastas which are good and similarly healthy but I prefer these because of the texture. They come off like rice noodles and are a very acceptable substitute for traditional wheat based pastas. I have fed them to many friends who like them as well as wheat pastas and appreciate that they are so much healthier. I have used other brands of konjak root pasta and find these to be just as good as the ones that cost more. Some other brands tell you to just add them to the sauce. These do tell you to rinse, boil, and then rinse again before adding to the sauce. I'm not sure if or why this step is essential but will experiment with just putting them right in the sauce after an initial drain and rinse. If you're concerned about calories, carbs, and gluten give these a try. You won't be disappointed. Bon appetit!

Overpriced undersized
Obviously I got this for weight control. I used to get something similar to this from the Korean stores but there are none around me since I moved to wilmington NC. Had to order online. I tried several brands and these are definitely overpriced (all) for some reason. Compared to the others like skinny pasta it is same quality. Both are overpriced but skinny noodles is a bit more expensive but 1.5 oz more :/ the concept of getting these to eat w less guilt is good though. I am not a ravenous person but I have to use 2 bags at least to fill up. So I need to shell $$$ and buy many boxes if I have to have the pasta fix. Overall it is easy to prep, not like the older version of these noodles I used to get from the Korean Market. Older version used to be stored same exact way, in liquid and that liquid used to be fishy smelling. All the kinds I bought online recently I guess are upgraded now w/o that fishy liquid. Taste: you know there is none you can't have these without mixing it with whatever sauce .. and they tell you ready to eat.. No don't just rinse it and warm it up.. You will be miserable. I rinse it quick, drain well, heat up a sauce pan w pam spray then drop it in the pan. Sauté it for some time (not too much cause it will just shrink n you can't shrink this more than it is or you will need a magnifying glass to find it.. it won't get golden colored or act like starchy food so I put soy sauce to give it that tan color and flavor) then add my sauce, best is teriyaki and soy sauce with whatever meat and vegetables. Let IT SIMMER the sauce will not get totally absorbed by the noodles but it will make the texture softer and consistency closer to pasta. Again this is to bulk up food and give you some feel of pasta but not exactly pasta.. For the difference in calories and the little sacrifice: 5 plus stars but for the microscopic portion: zero stars. If it was bigger bags for that crazy price: 4 stars. It is costly to eat well nowadays and buying food online is even more costly.

Chewy like rice noodles but so good!!
I’m obsessed with these. On a calorie deficit?? Through some sauce and chicken on these and dinner is served. They are chewy like rice noodles but I love them!

Great product and good value.
I love kanjac noodles. I have bought these for a couple of years now. I have a low carb diet, so these are a great option when I want to have a pasta product. Make sure you rinse them well before cooking them. I find the longer they simmer in my sauce the better they absorb a little bit of the flavor. I find the texture to be similar to a Ramen noodle.

LOVE THIS 'PASTA'!!
My whole family enjoys these noodles. They are filling but do not lay heavy in the stomach. Would be nice if the price was lower but I am glad they are gluten free, no carbs, no sugars, not much of anything in them nutritionally but they really round out a dish. They are very easy to prepare...just rinse, simmer in water for a few minutes or longer and then drain and eat. Buying regularly and highly recommend.

Extremely negative reactions from two people
These noodles are actually awful. They gave me what felt like a blockage, causing insane gut cramps. So I gave the rest to my friend to try, but they gave him the double dragon. Not worth it. If you want low cal food, better to just make jello or something. This product is dangerous
