This smells like mold or mildew, none is visible, but even after several washings it smells horrible, not worth the money, not even suitable for a dog bed. Will make whatever space you place it smell rancid.

This mat is a cheaper version of what I expected. The weaving is good quality, but the quality of the yarn is not good, and the mat width is too narrow.

I love the cotton feel. This is a great mat for outside in the grass and traveling with, although it cannot replace my beloved rubber mat for more practical use. Although I like having the options for different occasions:)

Pretty good cushioning, even for my knees that are not that young anymore. Also my feet are not sliding on it, applying a lotion to my feet before practice also helps, and is good for my feet. I am happy I replaced my conventional mat with this one. I feel more grounded during my practice.I washed it in the laundry machine and air dried, and the process went very well, this was just to remove any potential chemicals used in production. No changes to the mat, looks great, smells good afterwards. I like that it can he washed like this.Also, it is less bulky, rolls easily, and it is lighter and easier to carry around than the old mat. So far, happy with my purchase.
