Looks cheap and doesn't look like real molding at all to me. Sadly returning.

This is difficult to lay straight and damages wall very easily. I wish I had read reviews more closely and installed wood trim instead for half the price.

Five stars for this peel-and-stick, self-adhesive wall trim, because from our experience, it's so much easier to work with and install than real wood molding! We were pleasantly surprised how nice it looks when applied in various ways. We applied this molding trim to the walls of our home office and wow, what an upgrade, and soooo much easier to work with and apply than real wood trim. And as revealed in the video we included with this review, a 70-year-old senior citizen was able to easily cut this trim with a clean, sharp utility knife (despite the experience some other reviewer shared). The super strong adhesive backing also made this super easy to apply. HIGHLY recommended to make your DIY molding and trim projects so much easier! TIP: Measure TWICE and mark your application area carefully before adhering, because if you mess up, you’ll find it most difficult to pull it off.
