Armored steel fiber optic cable for outdoor and indoor LC/UPC to LC/UPC OS2 singlemode duplex, 9/125 um. Shielded steel tape inside the outer jacket resists damage caused by harsh environments, stress, and rodent bites. High-quality fiber ensures reliable connections in harsh environments (machinery, factories, railroads, churches, etc.).
PROTECT YOUR COMMUNICATIONS: ELFCAM's fiber optic patch cords are designed for outdoor installations (fiber optic cables are not affected by the weather) and concealed projects. The reinforced shielding better protects its core and ensures you a better communication experience.
Testing and certification: ELFCAM assures you that all our cables are stress tested and certified. They are also ITU G657A2/B2 certified. Cable diameter: 3.0 mm (one fiber). Sheath material: Armored steel and LSZH (zero halogen and low smoke).
Connects to 10GBase-LR, 10G SFP+, 25G SFP28 and 40G QSFP+, 100G QSFP28 transceivers for 10Gb/25Gb/40Gb/Gb networks. Insertion Loss: ≤ 0.2 (dB), Return Loss: ≥ 50 (dB).

Beware - long lengths are a pain to unroll - manufacturer doesn't roll on a core or a spool

Would've been a lot better if it at least came on a cardboard spool. Have you tried unrolling 400ft of fiber optic cable that's just loose rolled and shrink wrapped? I have. Twice. It's a pain. Manufacturer should have spent another $1 and at least put it on a cardboard spool for lengths like this.....
