I bought this on the recommendation of my hairdresser. It actually does help you grow more hair.

As I've had so much hair loss from taking medications, I've tried several hair-growth supplements over the past 5 years. This one is definitely the most effective. After 6 months, my hair is thickening even though I'm still having some hair loss from use of meds. This was recommended to me by a health food store worker in Vermont as the best available. He was right! Make sure to purchase the one with 5000 mcg of Biotin, not 3500.

I purchased specifically for nails and hair. Since Covid, I let my nails grow out. I had gel powder for over 20+ years and since they no longer have gel, they split and chip and just won't grow. I'm on my third bottle and my hair seems fuller and a bit thicker but it hasn't done anything for my nails. I will continue taking it, as sometimes it takes longer than a few months to notice a difference.

Product is ok! It worked in the beginning, but 1/2 later I did not see any more improvements. So I stop buying it.

Only product that I've tried which strengthen my nails and get them to grow. I've struggled with weak and peeling nails my whole life, Bonita V is the only other product that has worked for me. I've tried paint on nail protein, 6 pills of collagen, prenatal vitamins after pregnancy, nothing works as well as this product. I have a farm so my nails get a workout daily. This product allowed me to finally have nice nails without them being broken down to the skin, or peeled off trying to do up a horses bridle or girth.

I have been amazed at what this did to stop my hair from falling out, it truly worked. I didn’t change my nails much but that wasn’t my reason for buying it. Within 30 days I just a big difference. Even my hair stylist noticed the difference. It’s awesome
