Hits all the pressure points
This thing looked like a gimmick but is a great asset for problems with your low back and hip/glut area. It has nodules that hit pressure points and although it's a little painful as it does it's job, you feel much better when you get off of it!

Was hopeful
I was hopeful that this would make a difference in my sciatica. However, it is too severe/sharp/painful/awkward to use. I did find immense pain relief in buying/using the Daiwa Felicity Max Pro Chiropractic Massager. I have no affiliation with the Max Pro Massager either.

Perfect firmness
I’ve tried the more expensive brands but theirs was smaller and nodules much too soft to have any trigger point impact. This one is perfect.

Too hard. This was very uncomfortable and hard. I returned it.

Not easy to use
I couldn’t position this on my back where it was supposed to go mostly because I was in too much pain . That’s why I bought it for pain so I won’t need it while I’m healed
