Posting review 1 week use. The vacuum cleaner is good, it is easy to install and the app is quite good. The mapping is very good . It suction power is good it scans and vacuums every where, but the mopping is not upto my expectation its average we cannot expect as we do manual mopping. One thing about the main brush roller is that it is made of rubber type material and it keep on breaking every time when some small plastic or hard thing it vacuums.

After using the Dreame F9 Pro for a year, I strongly advise against buying this product. While the device performs decently, the real issue lies in the availability of consumables like filters, brushes, and mop cloths. These are either completely out of stock or priced unreasonably high when available.I reached out to customer support multiple times, and their response was always the same: "We will update you when the stock arrives." But no updates ever come, and you're left waiting indefinitely. Even on Amazon or other platforms, the parts are rarely available—or they are sold at a premium that just isn’t justifiable.In short, this product becomes almost unusable once the original parts wear out. Maintenance is a critical part of owning a robot vacuum, and without accessible and affordable consumables, the whole experience is disappointing. Definitely not worth the investment.

The device is strictly ok for its price. Given the price, the performance , especially the vacuuming is above expectation.The mop functionality is not very good. The app is funky, sometimes it works sometimes it crashes.The main issue I have is that the device keeps showing offline even after multipleResets.The noise level is commendably low

I m using this robot since July 2024 and I am fully satisfied with the quality of cleaning. It cleans the floor very much better than the "kaam wali bai". It does not ask for salary, any leave or any reward on festivals. You only need to clean it's filter once or twice in a week. If you want to buy this, go ahead and replace with your " Kaam wali bai".

Used Dreame D9 Max Gen2 for just 2 days but we are really happy with the result so far. Installation and mapping was a breeze. This bot has 6,000 Pascal suction power. But we have set it on the standard suction mode and the quantity of dust it sucked up when used for the first time was surprising. (Didn't know we had that much dust on our floors.)This morning we did a sample 14 square meter (151 sqft approx.) vacuuming (no mopping) for which the bot took 9 minutes and 1% battery charge at standard suction power. This seems really impressive efficiency.We did mopping separately and it did a decent job. This bot has a basic mop which doesn't spin or lift up when a carpet is detected. So, I had to setup a no-mop zone where my carpet is.The App is quite good, allowing me to set cleaning schedule, define no-mop and no-go zones as well as virtual walls to prevent the bot from entering an area. We can also choose whether too clean only, mop only or clean and mop together. We can also regulate the suction power, water level for mop etc.My D9 Max Gen2 came with just 1 side brush and one mop pad. No spares were included.This bot is black (and very quiet, which is a plus) making it a bit hard to see it on my darkish granite making me wish that it had some kind of LED soft lights on it.I have so far only mapped and cleaned the first floor. (Will update on multi-floor mapping when done with it).MORE DETAILED REVIEW will follow after I use it for a few weeks. Happy so far.
