This is a staple in other countries but funny over here in the west we wouldn't no about it unless for Amazon.thanku Amazon and this brand is the best price the best product. It's sublingual but there so nutrient packed I chew up for a sec. Then put under my tongue and dissolve. Or IL break up a little and add to lil orange juice to help it dissolve faster or sometimes i don't. But order ten packs u can never have enough of this stuff and at this price get ten for the whole family. Lift the veil it's time the nutrients alone in arnica wow .

Works good for Botox
Works as advertised. I take this starting a couple of days before I get Botox & I don’t have any bruising.

Very helpful for pain
I have chronic back pain and have tried the other name brand of Arnica which helped some but not a lot. I bought this one at an awesome price and noticed they were made in Mexico. I was shocked at how well they do help with pain. Can't say how much they help with bruising because I don't buy them for that reason but they did help with my back pain more than the name brand ones. I will be purchasing these again.
