Love this scooter!
Let me start by saying it was pretty easy to put together. (Usually I have issues putting things together because I am impatient). Once it was assembled, I charged it and waited until it was fully charged. Then my daughter got on it and rode all around. So far the battery life seems great. She rode around for a few hours around the block and to the nearby park. It was a smooth ride and the wheels are thick enough that she had no issues going over bumps or holes in the ground. If I could change anything it would just be that the basket didn't have wide gaps so that it could hold things more efficiently but it's not a big deal. She just put her stuff in a small bag and then put it in the basket. The screen is really helpful and tells you how much battery life is left and tells your miles per hour, etc. Overall I am so glad I purchased this scooter.

Got it fast
Update 4 months of having it still a great scooter a few issues I have had the battery doesn’t last as long as it did in the first two months but still has a good battery I take it 3 to 5 miles a day for 6 days a week and charge it every other day but typically still has a couple bars of life when I charge it sometimes when I first turn it on it acts like it doesn’t want to go but if I turn it off and back on it’s typically fine now to the speed which has reduced quite a bit since getting it the first monthish I was hitting 25 mph which is fantastic since it said it only got up to 15 I assumed it was because of my small frame 4’11 104ish pounds but after four months it gets only the 15 which does concern me about it dropping again in a few months it also doesn’t have a lot of get up and go from a stop it’s actually a rather slow start off will possibly update more in the future if anyone is interestedUpdate this scooter is amazing I took it on a 16 mile ride and only lost one battery bar it handles very well on the road and small gravel or dirt handles small hills decently but does slow down going up them the front light is off to the side a bit but you can still see at nightI ordered two weeks ago said it wouldn’t be here for another three weeks it was super easy to put it together took about 45 minutes probably would have been faster if I read the instructions instead of just figuring it out came fully charged and packaged very good I road it around the block a few times and it handles amazing lights are bright and the tail light flashes when you hit your brakes neat feature on the ride around the block in mode three I got it up to 16.8 granted I am a very small frame 4’11 and about 110 pounds so far I love it and it’s exactly what I was looking for I will be using it to get to work tomorrow we will see how it handles the real test before this scooter I had a jetson ebike and it held up for two years with little to no repairs having to be done let’s hope this scooter can last just as long

Avoid this! Get an eScooter without inflated tires or an eBike!
UPDATE: And the 2nd back tire goes out, and it happened right before coming home! Just when I was getting used to this thing! I need this almost everyday, especially in the cold months, and to deal with getting inner tube after inner tube from this company just isn't worth the headache and hassle. Changed my rating to one star. Not riding this thing anymore. Like it says in the title, get an eScooter without inflated tires or get an eBike. Much easier to deal with an inner tube on a bike than it is on this piece of garbage! Glad I purchased a stand-up eScooter prior to typing this review (plan on giving it to my wife eventually and getting an eBike to go with my regular bike.). Buyer beware!I had a busted tire tube in the back that was replaced buy the Urbanmax folks, so that was nice. One of two reasons I increased my rating. Getting the inner tube in/out of the tire wasn't bad, but it's getting the wheel loose that's a pain the deal with!As for the scooter, it is fast for my standards, and riding it is nice. Going straight, down, and somewhat up is enjoyable. There's the 2nd of the two reasons. I like the basket, which became more useful than I thought. The seat is decent, though it'll take some getting used to. Sadly, that's where the good parts end here..........and I go into why I only increased my rating by one star. As I said, getting the wheel loose is a pain to deal with. You have to also be careful because there's wiring to it, almost got one of the wires cut by accident! Also, what is up with having to refill the back tire more times than it needs? I'm worried this replacement tube is gonna pop sometime soon. Here's sadly another reason why I considered sending this scooter back, and that's it's inability of going up even some slightly hills. Any bike can get up those slight hills no problem, and it's an embarrassment to see other people riding scooters that go up these same slight hills standing up. It's sad that this scooter can't do it, often having me "boost" it along with my feet, or getting off and pushing it up these slight hills. It even depends on how the incline up those slight hills can be, and it's extremely tricky to tell!!^ Consider that as a deal breaker. Seriously. I'm still considering sending this back because of that alone. I can understand this particular scooter not going up steep inclines, but not going up just slightly ones is no excuse. Seriously considering an e-bike in the very near future.
