It works
It is the item that most often stop working, not the surveillance video camera. So, if you know how to install it, will save money. I replaced it and the cameras are continuing working without problems, with the same vision quality as they were installed when new.

Works very well to extend my BNC connections
This does exactly what I needed. I needed to extend my cables through walls and in my attic. The existing cables that came with the camera system I have came with pre crimped cables and had the BNC end already crimped on, and would have required large holes to be drilled in my exterior walls. With these connectors I was able to use cat5 cable with its smaller diameter and bore tiny holes in my walls. I ran about 80 feet for 2 cameras and about 35 ft for the other 2 cameras. Everything worked flawlessly, picture is clean and crisp with no distortion.
