easy install
Nice product, Very sturdy. Small dent in one of the sections is really my only complaint

Bent in half
Not thrilled. When lifting the pole with a light on top, the pole bent in half! I noticed when finished putting together, the pole still flexed by about 2” from top to bottom. Too flimsy? Was the light too heavy? Not sure. But, if possible, stack each section one on top of the other and build it in place. Standing it up didn’t go well!

Very nice Light Pole
Quite surprised at the very nice quality of this light post. Very inventive design. Nicer and heavier quality than I expected. The base fixture that is sunk in concrete should have been made bit longer for more depth into the ground, but this is an easy fix by adding additional #3 concrete rebar to the base fixture provided. You can't beat this light post for the cost or great design!

Easy to install and durable
I've been using it for a while and it feels great. It's good quality and seems very durable. It wasn't hard to install, just a bit heavy and it took me a lot of effort to carry it to my patio, and I was able to do it alone and it's very solid once installed. When it was windy a while ago, all the other street light poles around me shook a bit, but it didn't move at all, isn't that great? And even through the wind and rain, seems no rust at all. It is not only beautiful, but also practical, put in the outdoors is very suitable. It is Now I don't have to worry about seeing my backyard clearly at night.

Sturdy Pole But Poorly Packed Needs to Be Refinished
This is a review of the YarPoole street light pole 9 ft tall - outdoor adjustable heavy duty metal street lamp post for outside solar street lights with mounting rebar cage base for backyards, parking lot and walkway (“YarPoole”).The YarPoole consist of three sections that slide into each other and fastened with three short screw and a washer. The base section consists of a mounting plate and a pole that is five inches in diameter narrowing to three inches at the top connecting section. There is a middle section that is three inches in diameter and a top section that slides into the middle section and bolted together with three screws and washers. Although advertised as a nine feet street light pole, the combined length is closer to ten feet. Each section is approximately three feet and four inches long. The YarPoole comes in various lengths and the middle section is added to the street pole to get the additional lengths. Each middle section is approximately three feet four inches that adds to the height of the street pole. The YarPoole contains a black paint coating. There is a rebar cage that is included for mounting the YarPoole in concrete. However, the rebar cage is packed in a cardboard box and due to shipping part of the rebar cage scratched the finish on the base mounting pole. The cardboard box is thin and unpadded and as such insufficient to protect the mounting pole finish from being scratched. As the YarPoole is made from steel the pole needs to be painted to avoid the bare metal from rusting.Overall, I recommend the YarPoole but the manufacturer should pack the rebar cage in a manner that the mounting poles are not scratch requiring refinishing.

Good quality
It's heavy and excellent quality of this street light pole. It's easy to install, all bolts seemed pretty strong. I putted some cement and steel bars on the base to support the pole, after assembly, it's vertical. This pole is perfect for my solar light and security camera. I installed them on my front yard, so I can see better during the night time. It's a great purchase.

It'll do the job
This lamp post has a base that's between 5-6 inches wide and then narrows to 3 inches as it rises, which gives it increased stability. It comes with a cage to mount it on, you just need to do the concrete work, which is only a few bags of concrete, something a novice could google and handle pretty easily. It's pretty thick steel that will be able to withstand the weather and stay standing. If you're a welder then I say forget the screws and weld the three sections together. This post doesn't give you any access into the bottom of the post to wire up a light, so all the wiring has to be done and the light mounted before you erect the pole. Either that or you can get on a ladder. I'd rather wire it on the ground myself. It's not too heavy for one person to stand up by themself. One downside is that the holes drilled into this pole to bolt the sections together were really sloppy. Most of them weren't even covered by the washers, so you should stub your conduit out of the cement a foot or so and leave a way for water to drain from inside the pole. You'll also have to fill those gaps with a sealant that can be painted. You might want to get some larger washers as well. The shortcomings aside, this is a thick, sturdy pole that will remain standing if you install it properly
