Solved a long-standing problem
I needed a way to able to listen to my TV late at night without disturbing anyone else. My Sony TV has Bluetooth built in but will not output audio signals. I want to send the audio to my Bluetooth earbuds. On the anticipation that this little device would be the answer, I decided to order it.It arrived in a small retail box complete with the unit itself, a USB charge lead, a 3.5mm audio lead, an RCA to 3.5mm lead and a small set of instructions. The instructions are pretty comprehensive and I had the device set up within a few minutes.I connected the audio output of the TV to the TX socket on the unit. I then connected the USB charge lead to one of the USB sockets on the TV. Then, after following the instructions, I paired the earbuds to the unit which I found straight forward. Hey presto, the TV audio was playing through to the earbuds!This set up charges the device while the TV is on. This is not ideal as it means the unit is on battery when the TV is off but as I use the TV daily, this should cause no problem and the electricity used is negligible.This has solved a long-standing problem and overall, I am very pleased with the quality and easy use this device offers.

Great bit of kit
Once this is set up it is a great piece of kit. I would advise not to use the usb power on the tv i would plug it directly into the main power plug as while setting up it kept turning off and on and took me ages to realise it was the set up or the device, my tv usb power was just dropping out.Now its set up, i love it.

Sound quality is mediocre
It's easy enough to set up and use, and the battery lasts a surprisingly long time, but the sound quality is not brilliant. OK for following TV, but not for fine music.

once you do manage to connect the device as instructed it works impressively however connecting it at times can be very challenging.
