Very light weight easy to get in and out of the car
I purchased the BC2 for my wife who has FSHMD.She is a first grade teacher and the other mobility walkers we own are difficult for her to get in and out of the car.My wife likes the walker, it matches the decore in her room when used as a chair, and is perfict to use as a mobility aid and chair when attending meetings at her school and in other buildings.I would say the only drawback so far is that the hight of the seat from the floor could be a little higher, it is dificult to stand from a seated position but others might not have this problem. The other walkers we own the seats are higher off the floor by about two inches. We were able to make up the height difference by purchasing a pillow from Home Goods so all is good. The construction seems to be well thought out and robust, I weigh 240 and it has no problem with my weight. The time it takes to put in the car are mear seconds compared to fighting with the other walkers folding them up to fit in the SUV, and this was always a problem for my wife. Some might not like the way the breaking system works but you get use to it.My wife uses it for both stabulity and loads the seat up with teaching materials for her classroom to transport them from her car.She does still use her other walker in the classroom, its built like a tank, but the BC2 solves the problem walking from the school to her car and shopping and the ability to fold it up and toss it in the car on her own.The price is comparable to other quality walkers and less than a good office chair.I would say if you have vanity issues using other wakers this one is comfortable and looks like a desk chair when in use.Her co-workers didn't even know it was a walker!I hope this revue was helpfulKevin

Easy to get in and out of car - lightweight, easy to fold, sturdy
This is a very light weight, but sturdy rollator. It rolls easily on smooth surfaces. The wheels are only about 6 inches, which is on the small side. I found it didn’t go over bumps very well. I liked the idea of the auto locking brake when you let go of the handles. But my dad - the user - who has memory issues had some trouble remembering to hold the handles in. We set it up to never lock and he liked it very much, which was fine of he only used it inside. Unfortunately, the handle came out of the rollator. I think a nut was not put on tightly enough, but it was inside and I couldn’t fix it. The company we bought it from ( Mega V+) was very fast to respond to our request to return it. They were great to work with. If this was the first rollator I’d purchased I would have ordered a replacement. But I bought my step-dad an Active Access rollator, which has huge 10” wheels in the front that will roll over almost any bump or pot hole with relatively ease. It is heavier than the NIP glide, not nearly so easy to get in and out of the car. But the ease of use on rough ground puts it ahead of the NIP glide for my dad who will be walking outside in Western WA weather. For a mostly indoor user the NIP glide would be the winner, hands down. My dad sat in the chair, disengaged the brake and tootled around using his feet - it worked very well for that, something most rollator are not designed for. It has a lot of positives. If it had bigger wheels it would be a 5 star product.

When brakes applied, it is still easily pushed
Not safe. It is novel and comfortable, however. Too light in weight

Love the concept and style, a little safety concern...
I love the concept. A little concerned on safety. The wheel grip is not the best, it slides a bit on tile floor. Also the seat flip mechanism is difficult and doesn’t stay up (unless ours came broken). Overall we like the walker. It's slim and can fit through narrow doors with ease, it’s lightweight, the locking handles are great and easy to use.

Lift only on back of seat to fold
Great product. Well designed. Attractive.161/2 pounds is about max weight for this elder.I had to watch the video twice to fold up. I was trying to lift the whole seat, not just pull up on the back of the seat. Instructions here could be better.Could you make one a few pounds lighter?I recommend this highly.

Changed my life
I was needing more than a cane. Parkinson's was keeping me home when I wanted to go out.Now I can go. It's light so I can lift it out and open it. And I can take a sitting break when mylegs 'give up'. Since I've had it I've spent 2 days shopping with no one helping me. I love mylittle glider!
