The first one I ordered did not work at all, they shipped a new one immediately, but unfortunately, I do not have a ups store location local to me that can scan a qr code, that I can get to before the deadline, to ship back the unworking item, so now I have paid for 2, but have only 1. The one that works, works very well, and heats up very quickly! Great for super short hair clients

It's giving the exact same curl as the ones my stylist gives me and they go all the way up to 410 degrees! My hair is due a relaxer and it got it nice and straight! With a pixie with curls you don't have to curl it everyday but when I want a little bounce I found my flat irons, and when I'm in between hair appointments! Love these!!!!
