The nonstick coating has held up beautifully—nothing sticks, and cleanup is super easy. I’ve cooked everything from Jamaican-style dinners to simple weekday meals, and it handles it all like a champ.The recycled aluminum makes it feel light but solid, and I love knowing it’s eco-friendly. These pans are just good. There are pros and cons, they are pretty lightweight and heat up fast, but depending on what I am making, it could be too much fast heat for foods that need to cook from within like meat. They are good for making breakfast, but I wouldn’t prefer them for cooking meat. Since they are thin, the food does cook fast and is not recommended for food that needs to be slow cooked. I have tried to turn down the heat to slow the cooking, but because they are thin, they just don’t give the same results as some of my other heavy duty pans. These pans are just good. But if you pay a bit more and get something a little more durable I would opt for that. Overall decent pans.

Look at that color! Ugh soo beautiful! I just made some chicken in the 10” skillet and not a single thing stuck, it heated up soo quickly and is easy to clean with just a swipe of hot water and soap. I think this is my new fave brand. The sizes are awesome for variety, the quality is top tier and they aren’t heavy!
