I bought this RETTACY notebook hoping it would help me start journaling, and it’s honestly been better than expected. The leather cover is pretty average—nothing overly fancy—but it feels durable and holds up well. Where this notebook really shines is the paper quality. The pages are thick, smooth, and a pleasure to write on. I’ve used gel pens and even markers with no bleeding or ghosting.I also appreciate the numbered pages and ribbon bookmark, which help keep things organized. The A5 size is perfect—compact enough to carry around, but with enough room for full thoughts and reflections.Best of all, this notebook is a great value for the quality you’re getting. This is a nice book for whatever you want to use graph style paper for. It is a vinyl cover, I thought it was cloth. But it doesn’t take away from the quality. The graph pattern is light dot pattern. I thought it would be a bit darker, but I actually like the lighter print and is working well with habit tracking. The pages aren't real thick (good thing) but they are really smooth — that makes writing with markers/felt pens a breeze. They also do not bleed through even with markers that normally do bleed through other pages. I’m really liking this book and will buy again. It’s a great gift idea for any one who likes to journal. I don’t know much about the organization, but I’m very pleased with it so far.

Excellent journal. Easy to write in as it lays open nice and flat on the table. Cool little pocket filled with colored sticky bookmarks on the back inside cover that I wasn't expecting. Good paper quality and I saw no bleed through using a 0.7 Sharpie S-Gel black pen. Would certainly purchase again.

It was amazing, good quality, worked well, a lot of pages, the texture on the cover was smooth and nice, but the more you write or make it get thicker the band makes it indents a curve really good, but I probably won’t buy again but it was really cheap.

This is the second time I have purchased one of these - because I was so happy with the first one and was ready for another! The colors shown are accurate- vibrant and soft. The cover is solid but the binding allows for a gentle opening- no needing to crack the binding just to get it to stay open! The pages are a good thickness - I use fineline markers on them and there is no bleed through. I like that there are 2 ribbons to act as built-in bookmarks, and the elastic to keep it closed is still perfectly tight on my first one even after months of use.

I use this a lot. It's really nice looking, and the bookmarks, tabs, and elastic closure are functional. I like the quality overall. The paper is smooth and didn't contribute to smudging. Not too thin. The size is perfect for throwing in my purse.

great...just opened. ordered the orange with graphing to practice calligraphy. green in blank-drawing. red with marks for zentangle. blue for passwords and addresses plus other info. the blue has lines, pages are numbered and has a table of contents. going to work out great.
