The sailor converter. Infact most often it will show up under a frequently bought together recommendation by Amazon.

Can it be used for routine writing ???

It depends on your personal preference. I use it to write sometimes. But unless you are using the pen inverted on its thinnest point, be aware that a fude pen will dispense more ink than a fine nib pen.

Does this come with a convertor?

It does not. Have to buy it seperately. Comes with 2 cartridges

What is the ink Color ?

I bought it a few years ago. It came with a black ink cartridge.
