Four screws is missing, one plate holder is broken,cup holder is missing and very hard to assemble bt nice product ,quality is very good , heavy weight, size is exactly that I ordered very big. Good at this price.

The rack didn't have the hooks( shown in the product image) for hanging small utensils.Three(3) screws were also coming out. So I ordered for a replacement. But when I received the parcel I found that it doesn't contain the packet containing the screws. The rack requires at least 25 piece good quality, thick screws to assemble it's components. The customer care at Amazon told that they can't replace it as it was already replaced once, but they will refund the money. So I've applied for refund. But I won't get the Rs. 500 cashback from bank as the net order value has become less than Rs. 5000 after refund. Amazon told me to inform this return to the bank also, as this rack was a part of an order for multiple products bought on EMI. Package of this product which I received is damaged and racks r slightly bend because of poor packing.Quality of the steel is good but the joint of welding is in black colour, I think they had sent me reworked meshes and racks it seems like that.Overall which I checked in the market of same comes around rs.3000 it's a good deal but poor packing

Rack is good. Big in size. But have to return it since screws r missing. Found 1 nut only amidst of rack parts. Improper packaging. Pathetic experience.

This requires professionals. So get someone who does this for a living to assemble it. Save some blood and pain. The packing is horrible so it's guaranteed to bend and go out of shape and you need specific tools. Take it from someone who has hundreds. it requires very specific flat head screw driver or it will slip and cut you. The price would still be cheaper than buying it assembled locally. It was so tiring that it took 2 days to assemble as the frames were slightly bent and the holes won't match. You might need 2 people to make assembly easier. If you never did any assembly before then buy a pre assembled one locally. You won't be able to assemble it from this. if it was well packed like some other stuff then fine. Just a few mm out of shape means it wont line up to fix the screws.
