Quality filters and machine
I bought this to gift a friend of mine who loves coffee. The filters are good and made of metal which I hope would lost a few years. I also bought extra filters.I get coffee beans and ground them fine for this machine. I also buy Narasus Coffee which is 100% coffee.

Poor workmanship
Cheap plastic. Poor workmanship.The cap doesn’t fit the filter properly.Competitors product is available in the market in Chennai much cheaper and better quality. I bought it from the market the very next day of buying this.

Has CITIZEN changed its name? Or somebody acquired CITIZEN and have a new name. Coffee flavor is exactly the same. It is simply fascinating and wonderful. It is boon to a filter coffee drinker.It is very easy to use.
