I really enjoy the massager for working the neck area. It heats up super quickly too. The motor isn’t strong enough to sleep on it while massaging my lower back. 4 stars since you kind of have to lay flat since it’s loose. Otherwise it’s all powerful and easy to operate!

I suffer from chronic back pains and this massager is a life saver, reliefs my lower back pain with its heat setting. Perfect power and setting levels of intensity and what directions is the massager can go and how fast. I Love that is portable I can put it on the couch or in my car because it has the plug in for the car, or my office chair and get my daily massage, without have to go and spend expensive massages somewhere else.

I’ve had this product since 2022, and it’s now 2025, and it still works great! I recently misplaced my adapter and contacted customer service for a replacement. They were swift in responding and helpful! I love to use this for my neck and my scalp. Having the ability to massage any area of my body is fantastic and convenient. It’s worth every penny. It gets nice and hot or medium heat if you like. Everyone in my family loves to use it. Even my kids!

I used it one time and then noticed the back vinyl panel was puckered and held together with zipper teeth. It’s slowly started to separate and there’s no way to zip it back up because the zipper end is cut down and locked so once it unzips you have a loose back and the cushion comes out. I didn’t do anything to it. I just leaned back against it.You can’t even replace the zipper. It just needs to be sewn up or taped up or something disappointed because I only used it for about 30 minutes when I got it.I did like that the massaging unit went into directions, but it’s also limited to the areas that can be used. They talk about how flexible it is and you can use it on other areas of your body, but it’s almost like a wedge back pillow you can’t really leave it up against your arms and if you lay it on your legs, it moves up and down Like a turtle trying to get up. It needs to be pressed between a pillow and your back so that the force is into your muscles.I suppose you could lay it on the floor and lay down on top of it with your legs on it, and the pressure will get into your muscles, but it would be awkward positioning. Just overall disappointed in the lack of flexibility and function, as well as the construction of this Component.Also, make sure to get an extension cord when you buy it like I did, so you don’t have to lay on the floor near the electrical outlet. It comes with a short cord.

I’ve had this massager for a couple months now and it has been really nice. You have to adjust your neck/shoulders a little to get to your sore spots but I get frequent neck/shoulders/head pain from stress and tension so this has been wonderful to massage those spots. The lights indicating different levels on the remote are not intuitive though. I just have to play with it to get the intensity right because I can’t remember what the different lights mean. Overall, well worth the money and the intensity is good and I’m someone who likes deeper massages.
