Excellent setting choices
Awesome! I love the warm setting as I like to heat coffee cream without foam. However, the cold foam setting is my send favorite, because it is great for iced coffee.A friend came by for coffee, loved it, and ordered one immediately. This is also easier to clean than another brand I tried.

Does not foam, but spins and heats
This unit does not foam any type of milk that we have tried , including whole cows milk , half and half, and cream. Now, we have to repackage and return from a remote location. It would be nice to just receive a replacement.

Lovely item for family use and for a gift
Arrived quickly and perfectly packed.Very practical, easy to use, to clean, in one button it offers the choice of 4 different functions. I tried them all and the result is perfect. This is a treat to upgrade my coffee and milk beverages. Also a nice idea to a useful gift!

This makes me look forward to mornings!
I love this frother! It is compact and lives easily on the one very small counter in my tiny kitchen. I have the pink one and I love the color. It is easy to use and clean, just don't submerge it in water because it will ruin the electronics. To clean it, I rinse it with hot water (or use a dishcloth with soap) and then wipe it out with a paper towel.Frothing results will vary depending on the milk you use. I was really looking forward to making eggnog lattes with this, but the eggnog does not foam, so I do half eggnog and half half-and-half.I have not yet tried the cold foam option. The one issue that I have experienced with the device is that it will sometimes flash all of the lights and stop frothing. I have not been able to figure out exactly why this happens, but it seems like it may be when I put the little round whisky thing on too tightly. I would love to know if anyone has insight into the flashing lights.

Pink and Cute and Frothy
The media could not be loaded. Love this little but mighty milk frother! Not only is it cute and pink but works so well! My only worry is cleaning it. It says to not submerge the body into water so I’m worried about washing it in the sink? I don’t want to ruin the electronic components so I’ve just been wiping with a wet paper towel but that doesn’t feel very clean to me 🧐

It does its job
Pros:*Other machines use a frothing whisk with a silver ring(?) that keeps sliding off during washing. This one has a simple, fixed whisk, making it much easier to clean.*I got it during an Amazon deal, so the price was fantastic.* It produces rich, creamy foam.Cons:*The capacity isn’t quite enough for me, but I just use it twice to make a latte.*Someone mentioned that the whisk is plastic and may be harmful to health, which is a valid point. However, other frothers also have a plastic part on the frothing whisk, and the device doesn’t create very high temperatures, so the plastic material doesn’t bother me.Overall, it performs well for the price, so I’m satisfied with my purchase.

It doesn't work
We were so excited to find this ceramic product! But, we've ended up with 2 of them to try side by side using Oatly full-fat milk. The milk does not get hot and does not froth into foam. I'm returning them both and resuming use of my old Secura, which I think I'll replace.

Didn’t last long
This stopped heating the milk after about a month of use and completely fell apart after two months.
