Seems like a solid choice for gut health
I haven't used these long, so I can't speak to that bit yet. The ingredients/label looks solid, they are made IN the US, not always easy to find, and they are gluten free, non GMO and vegan. This seems like a solid choice. The capsules are longer than I'm used to, so note that they are on the larger side. They also smell kind of strongly like cheese. But, thankfully, they don't taste like that when you swallow them, and I haven't personally noticed any odd tasting burps after taking them either.

No mention of strains or cfus
First, I should mention that I returned this product. There was no mention on the bottle of how many strains are actually in each capsule. Looking at the back, there seem to be very few. There is no mention of how many billion CFUs are in each capsule. I can't imagine that there are a lot. There is prebiotic fiber, which is good. The quantity and price is decent. Probiotics are expensive. You need to compare what you are getting in each capsule, how many you are receiving and the price to determine what is a good deal.

Large capsules
These probiotic capsules are pretty good. There is only a light smell that is not offensive. My only issue with these is that they are longer than standard supplement capsules and are a little harder to swallow. They are not overly problematic for me, though, and I am getting used to them.

Contain a Combination of Pre Pro and Post-Biotics
I'm reviewing B’Soleil™ Advanced Gut Health Probiotic, Pre, Pro & Post Biotics, Natural Gastrointestinal Support, 60 Vegetable Capsules. This supplement comes in the form of long capsules filled with a light beige colored powder. They're 1" long, so a bit larger than most capsules (see photos). I didn't have an issue taking them, but thought it worth mentioning. They have a vinegary scent and taste, but little to no aftertaste. These capsules contain a combination of pre, pro, and post-biotics for gut health.A serving is two capsules making this a 30 day supply.I appreciate that they're vegan, non-GMO, and produced in a cGMP facility. They come in a white plastic bottle with screw on lid. The tamper-proof seal under the lid was intact. This lid is not child-resistant. The MFG date is February/2024, but no use by date is given.See photos for packaging information including supplement facts and ingredients.I would buy these again. As a side note, this B’Soleil™ Advanced Gut Health Probiotic is made in the USA per both the description and the product packaging.

A bit subpar..
For the price, I think it’s lacking in certain ingredients and the quantity of the ones that are in there. It could use a lot more of the ones already in there, and it could use more enzymes. My system tolerated it just fine, but I didn’t really notice much of a difference. I’ve definitely had better digestive-oriented supplements that were cheaper and more effective. For me, it didn’t really work all that well, but your mileage may vary.

Nurishment for your gut biome
With proprietary blends of pre and probiotics it's hard for ordinary people to know what's really good and what isn't. You sort of have to go with your gut feel (if you'll pardon the cheap pun.) Most of the ingredients in these capsules have familiar names. The only one I had to look up was caprylic acid. It turns out caprylic acid is part of medium-chain-triglyceride (MCT)products, a more familiar name, and might have anti-inflammatory benefits. Based on that I was willing to try these capsules. They are a little bit larger than average, but still swallowable without choking. The pills don't smell particularly inviting in the bottle, but they don't have a lingering taste. The date marking on the bottle is a little unusual. It has a manufacturing date but not an expiration date. The manufacturing date is six months before I acquired the bottle and I will assume an average shelf life of of two years, so I'm sure I will finish the bottle before it would expire.
