This is a great product. It does exactly what the manufacturer says it does. Delivery was prompt too. I'd highly recommend it. Hopefully by the time mine runs out, they will still have the product in stock, because I 'd gladly reorder the same product t over and over through the same reseller.

I am writing this regarding the customer service (after I called and left a message via their 'uk' website). Top notch excellent customer service I must say - and I don't often write reviews. I have an issue after using for first time regards right colour for me / covering high % greys properly. He couldn't be more helpful and is going to check my questions with their lab etc. I look forward to getting colour and coverage right for my type of hair (everyone's hair chemistry is different of course). Only 4 stars - for now - until I get the combination of colour and application sorted but I'll report back if I remember. Compared to customer service from some companies / manufacturers, Indus Valley is among the best I've ever dealt with. Gives you confidence to try it.

My hair didn't lighten at all dirty brown nothing like blonde won't but again

I was very pleased to find this product as I’ve been looking for a natural hair dye since having chemotherapy and ongoing treatment. I didn’t lose my hair (used cold cap) but it’s very fine and weak now. This product is very good has a nice smell, hasn’t any chemicals and leaves a lovely shine on the hair. Also lasts as long as chemical hair dyes if not longer! One box was enough for two treatments for my shoulder length hair. Covered my grey hair and I have a lot! ☹️ Only one downside is I used Light Brown shade but it looks almost black at first. Fine as fades after a number of washes, but initially too dark. That’s my only gripe! Will be definitely using this again. Fast delivery too.

I’ve been using this product for a number of years and initially i would describe it as excellent. Low on nasty chemicals, great coverage, including grey hair and easy to use for retouching roots as it comes packaged in measured quantities which can be used for 4 separate applications. Hence I’ve remained faithful to brand. However over the last year or so it appears that there has been a change in the chemical formulation and the quality of the product has been significantly reduced, in my opinion. The quality of the colour and coverage on grey hair seems to have remained consistent (I use black or dark brown). However the main change is with its ability to remain colour fast. I’ve noted, to my disappointment, that I now get a seepage of colour on the collar of clothing , (my hair is short) , on bedding and even on the sleeve of garments if I happened to have laid or sat with my hand behind my head. In other words, the colour on dry hair rubs off on everything It comes into contact with. I’ve continued to use it as initially I thought that maybe it was just a bad batch. I’ve even switch between the black and dark brown to see if the problem lay with one particular colour, but unfortunately I’ve concluded that the quality of the product has changed significantly and, with much regret, I am now looking for a chemical free alternative.

Honestly the best level of customer service I have ever received. After years of being allergic to ppd I ordered two boxes of the black indus valley hair colour. Unfortunately after a patch test I was allergic to the product. I contacted the seller and received a response back straight away. They refunded me for the box I had unopened and also sent me a box of there 100% chemical free hair colour to try for good will. I sent the packages back on Thursday and have just received my new colour today. I am very happy and can't wait to try it out! Will definitley buy again, thank you so much. Jade x

This is my favourite hair dye so far. I like that it is 90% natural and that it is not harsh on my hair. I do not feel the need to colour my whole hair as it is only the front that has grey so it is great that I can use only a 1/4 of the product to do the front bit (I only use one of the 4 sachets). Great organic ingredients and the chemical ingredients are gentler than other hair dyes. Highly recommended.

I have a hair dye allergy. Was reccomended this by a friend.Smelt alot more pleasant than normal chemically smelling hair dye so I was hopeful but This still gave me a bad reaction.
