Whether I’m doing upper body, core, or lower body exercises, this tool provides an intense, effective workout. What I love most is how durable and well-made it feels. The RipStick offers smooth movement with no awkward snapping or tension issues. You will not regret buying these
This actually awesome. I ordered mine back in November 2024 and have incorporated it into my workouts and have seen good results. There are dozens of videos on TikTok and YouTube of people using these in different ways which is also awesome because I honestly wasn’t sure how I would use them at first. Mine came with 3 different sets of bands but 1 of the sets recently snapped during a workout. I don’t think that it’s cheaply made, it was the 1 that I used most often, so I just chalked it up to wear and tear. I also let my roommate use them and recommend them for everyone.

Great for workouts on the go
Resistance training is great for on the go, limited space. I work a rotating dupont schedule. So getting to the gym can prove difficult. This stays in my work bag and during down time I will hit a few reps with this great little work tool. Definitely recommend for people with difficulty getting to the gym or lack of space in there home to do traditional workouts.

Convenient and Levels to it
The media could not be loaded. So the Ripstick is pretty dope! It’s convenient to throw in your bag or just do at home if you can’t really get out somewhere. Want to get a few reps in, easy to just get a mini workout that’ll still have you sweat some. I want to bring it to the park to add to calisthenics. You could even pull it out in the gym to actually warm up.It’s dope, simple learning curve. It comes with multiple bands but you don’t have to always use 2, you can change how you use it and get creative. It’ll strengthen fingers, grip, back, traps, and core some.I’m definitely going to make my mom and some clients get some use out of it! 💪🏾💪🏾

Great exercise equipment for all levels of training
I like how it’s an immediate effect on my shoulders chest and forearms! Its small so it can be taken anywhere. Bands hold up well when using them properly! This is a good investment for all levels of training.
