Love this machine, and considering ordering a second. I had some shipping damage from the freight carrier and the seller was quick to dispatch another machine and have the damaged unit picked up. As with any large machine that arrives via freight, there’s some tuning that needs to be done, but I had no problems getting it dialed in. I would definitely recommend this machine and will likely order another unit

Packed extremely well. Easy setup. No alignment issues. Easy integration with Lightburn. The only shortcoming is the exhaust fan. It would be so easy to have a exhaust that is capable! Cheaper than Omtech but appears to be the same machine. Much faster than my diode laser.

This is a solid laser for the price. You will need to know how to adjust it and dial it in. you will have to set up your over scanning in whatever program you are using with the laser. You will absolutely have to learn how to align your mirrors as with all laser cutters.Upgrade the air assist and the exhaust first thing you will be much happier if you do.I bought mine straight from monport and received it within 10 days. The Mirrors where almost perfectly aligned and needed very little adjustment. After running it through its calibration I found the left linear rail bowed in the middle. What this meant for me was the laser was aligned in all four corners but was off by 2 mm in the middle of the bed making it unusable in the bed middle.Thus began my adventure with monports customer service. Long story short 25 emails and 30 days later they did send me a new linear rail setup and I replaced it and re calibrated the machine. The customer service is where this laser lacks. If you get one without an issue it is a great machine. If you are unlucky and it has a problem or if you have a simple question getting the answers or the response you need it will be a challenge.Not to mention this is a 400-pound machine so its not as if you can get it replaced if its broke. You will be the one fixing it if there is a warranty problem. Keep that in mind. This is true of almost any laser you buy of this size.The laser itself is solid and well made for this price point it is just as if not better than the other branded lasers of this type. If you know your way around a laser and are inclined mechanically this is the laser for you. If you need more support and quick support you may struggle with this laser.

The media could not be loaded. Very nice machine very well made packed safe when arrived shipping was extremely long few days over a month with poor customer service from shipper and seller would recommend a inline fan to aid in removal of smoke
