The media could not be loaded. This Carburetor For Tecumseh Engine is identical to the OEM original. Every aspect is the same! Often on aftermarket carbs you will find that it is lighter than the original one, and made of lesser material, NOT THIS ONE!! This one is just as well made. This Carb bolted up perfectly to the engine, and when tested the engine took off and ran almost like it was new! For the price of this quality new carburetor you are almost better off to just buy this one then mess with trying to clean the old one. I am very satisfied with this product, I work on small engines all the time and I have had issues with other brands, but this one came in perfect.

It got the job done. Used this to replace an old carburetor on a 5 HP Tecumseh Flathead motor on a Coleman powermate maxa generator 2250 Watt. Worked like a charm!

Fit perfect and worked straight out of the box better than the original

Worked OK for my Craftsman Eager-1 engine. Arrived exactly as shown in pictures. However, I had to modify the vent and fuel intake ports. Old carb had a 90 degree elbow for the fuel intake, this carb does not. Had to modify the old 90 elbow to the new carb. And the vent line had to be rotated as well (pressed in fitting but got it to move). Both of these mods were to keep the rubber fuel and vent lines from being pressed against the crankcase (hot) and melting and to not interfere with the throttle linkage. Once those mods were done and carb was installed, mower fired right up and runs like a champ after tuning the carb.

Carb. worked as it should. No adjustment needed. Engine runs well. Would recommend to other do-it-your-self people. Easy to install !!!

I got this carb, and worked at first after 2-3 primes and 1-2 pulls. Seemed to run fine, but after shutoff, gas ran right out of the carb. Started back up, then did same thing after shutoff again. Took off the float bowl and needle, and replaced it with the old one. Didn’t start. Put the old needle and float back in. Still didn’t start. Then the float bowl gasket started to expand. These non-adjustable carbs are junk, as it cost me 5 hours of time and 3 total carbs (along with some new parts for the old carb) and nothing worked for long, vs 20 minutes if any/all of the carbs were good. Rebuilding the old carb with new jets & o-rings (and reusing good parts) would cost over $31, $27 more than I had already spent. I finally gave up and ordered an adjustable carb, and will put a filter over the breather line. I did start the refund process, so at least I’ll get my refund when it’s sent back.

Worked great.

Received it next day and slapped it in place, took no longer than 15-20 min to get everything perfectly squared away and this thing fired up on 1st pull and ran like a champ. I'm extremely pleased and would recommend it to anybody 10 out of 10
