I am trying to stop chewing. I been chewing for 13 years and I have tried to quit over a million times. I needed an alternative chew to just have the feeling of something in my lip. Not worth the money. Basically a pack of over priced mint pouches.

I used these to quit spearmint zyn. Same look, same size, slightly different flavor but it really helped! Now I use them on my fasting days and it helps with my mood and energy levels.

Love this product, it's a great nicotine alternative and the flavor tastes good and lasts long. my only complaint is that it does leave my breath smelling pretty bad and it makes me self conscious to use in a close environment with people

They were alright they left you breath smelling like fish and after a bit got super chalky

Quitting Zyn is much easier when you can pop these. They don't have caffeine like all the others so you can do it in bed.
